Koch Pipeline Company - REPORT: In Case of Emergency
Reporting a pipeline emergency allows KPL and government agencies to respond quickly and reduces the potential for a situation to become more serious. If you discover a release or even think there might be a problem with the pipeline, take the following steps:
  • Call Koch Pipeline at 1-800-688-7594. Give the operator your name, location and a description of the leak.
  • If you don’t know the pipeline company – call 911. Tell the 911 operator your name, location and nature of the situation.

Koch Pipeline Company's control center monitors about 4,000 miles of pipeline. Satellite technology provides reliable, continuous communication with field sites. Innovative information technology capabilities allow the control center to detect, isolate, and analyze potential problems.
