Koch Pipeline Company, L.P. is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. Many of the pipelines and terminal facilities we operate are owned by Flint Hills Resources, LP, also a Koch Industries subsidiary.
Other companies affiliated with Koch Industries have pipeline operations or investments not under the purview of Koch Pipeline Company. For example, another Koch company owns a 28 percent interest in Colonial Pipeline Company, owner of the world’s largest-volume refined products pipeline.
